1. Who we are

AutoGlade runs autoglade.space and the AutoGlade seller app, a directory of auto parts shops in Pakistan. This policy covers both.

2. Information about businesses

Shop profiles show business information: the shop's name, address, phone number, map location, type of business and its public rating. We collect this from public sources such as map listings and from shop owners. If a profile is about your business you can claim it, correct it, or have it removed by messaging us on WhatsApp; we act on removal requests promptly.

3. Information from sellers

• Account details: your name, mobile number, email address and password (stored only in hashed form).
• Your shop details, the products you list and your prices, which are published on your shop page.
• Photos you upload of products or of your rate diary. Rate-diary photos are private: only you and the AutoGlade team can see them. The app uses your camera or photo library only when you choose to add a photo.

4. Information from visitors

• Searches you make on the site and how many results they return, without your name or account.
• If you fill in a claim form: your name, phone number and message.
• Standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and troubleshooting.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used; it sets cookies and sends Google your IP address and device details. We do not use advertising trackers. A sign-in cookie is set only when a seller logs in. When you tap Call or WhatsApp, the call or chat happens in your phone app, not through us.

5. How we use and share it

We use this information to run the directory, show shops and their stock, verify shop owners, improve search, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information. Shop pages embed a Google map, so Google receives the usual technical details when a map loads. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

6. Where it is kept and for how long

Data is stored on servers we control. Account information is kept while your account is open. When you delete your account, your login and photos are deleted; backups containing them are overwritten within about 14 days.

7. Your choices

• Sellers can edit their details, delete photos, and delete their account from the Account page.
• Anyone can ask us what we hold about them, or ask for a correction or removal.
