Terms of use

1. What AutoGlade is

AutoGlade ("we", "us") runs autoglade.space and the AutoGlade seller app. It is a directory of auto parts shops, workshops and related businesses in Pakistan, and a catalogue of auto parts. It helps buyers find a shop and contact it directly by phone or WhatsApp.

AutoGlade does not sell parts, take orders, handle payments or deliver goods. Any purchase is an agreement between you and the shop. By using AutoGlade you accept these terms.

2. Information about shops and parts

• Many shop profiles are built from public sources such as map listings. A profile marked "Unclaimed" has not been checked by the shop.
• Where a shop has not listed its own stock, the parts shown are our estimate of what shops of that kind usually sell. They are not a promise that the shop has the part.
• Photos marked "Example photo" show the type of part, not the exact item.
• Prices are set by shops, change often, and may be out of date. Always confirm with the shop.
• Ratings shown as "Google reviews" come from Google and reflect the date shown beside them.

Always confirm availability, price, fitment and condition with the shop before you travel or pay.

3. Your dealings with shops

We are not a party to anything you agree with a shop. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, genuineness or fitment of any part, or the conduct of any shop or buyer. Fitting the wrong or a faulty part can be dangerous; use a qualified mechanic.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, scrape or resell the directory or catalogue in bulk.
• Do not use shop contact details for spam, harassment or unsolicited marketing.
• Do not submit false claims of ownership, false information or content you have no right to share.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.

5. Shop owners

If a profile is about your business you can claim it for free, correct it, or ask us to remove it. Sellers who create an account also agree to the Seller terms.

6. Our content

The AutoGlade name, design and software belong to us. Third-party photos are used under the licences listed on the image credits page. Brand and vehicle names belong to their owners and are used only to describe what a part fits.

7. Liability

AutoGlade is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from information on the service, from your dealings with any shop or buyer, or from the service being unavailable.

8. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Questions, corrections and removal requests: message us on WhatsApp. See also our Privacy policy.
